24:seven employs and trains building managers with superior organisation skills who have the ability to manage people, whilst also demonstrating the competence of being resourceful and pro-active to resolve most building issues.  Our managers understand how to follow and communicate guidelines/processes to establish a win-win position for all stakeholders.

24:seven building managers have the following abilities;

1. Read and understand general plans/drawings and maintenance manuals

2. General maintenance competency

3. Basic Commercial cleaning experience

4. Medium to Expert Soft Skills i.e. Microsoft Office Word and Excel, email, internet browsing

24:seven building managers have demonstrated experience working in domestic and commercial environments, hold satisfactory police and working with children clearances, understand the OHS&E responsibilities, functions and practices.  Each building manager is trained to provide great customer service, high level communication and the ability to work as part of our team.  Our managers also possess good time management and problem solving skills and at all times maintain a professional appearance.

  1. Supervise cleaning-common areas
  2. Organise maintenance- common areas
  3. Co-Ordinate move in/out’s
  4. Occupant and Contractor point of contact and relationship management
  5. Security- daily checks
  6. Reporting to the Owners Corporation Manager and facilities manager
  7. Maintain a library of site information including plans, contact database and service agreements
  8. Co-ordinate emergency responses
  9. Attend meetings regularly with relevant key stake holders
