24:seven Concierge services provide highrise apartment residents – owners and tenants alike – with a prompt and professional on site concierge service. The concierge is responsible to ensure that all residents and visitors are made welcome whilst in the building and that someone is watching over the security of residents late into the night.

24:seven Concierge services is committed to providing outstanding customer service and win win results for all stake holders.  All 24:seven staff are professionally presented and groomed to a high standard and possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Whilst their role is to assist the building manager, 24:seven Concierge staff have the ability to liaise and work along side a wide variety of people. They are committed to act honestly and are able to perform their duties with minimal supervision.

All 24:seven staff are provided with the latest technology, mobile phone, proprietary state of the art 24:seven connect software and up to date industry training.
